Your Personal Records,
Ordered Before You Need Them
Latterway helps individuals in Kuala Lumpur take stock of their personal documents, build a clear filing structure, and prepare a reference index — well before the demands of later life arrive.
Three Ways to Organise Your Records
Each service is structured around a clear scope and a practical outcome. Sessions are conducted in a calm, unhurried format suited to individuals at or approaching retirement age.

A Clear Record Is a Quiet Reassurance
Everything in Its Place
Knowing exactly where your documents are stored removes a layer of uncertainty that tends to grow as years pass.
Family Members Can Help
A shared reference guide means adult children and close family members are not left searching if they need to assist you in future.
Unhurried Pace
Sessions are designed to be calm and manageable. There is no pressure to complete everything in one sitting.
Printed Outputs
Every session produces a tangible printed reference — a folder, index, or binder — that does not depend on devices or internet access.
Administrative Scope Only
Latterway focuses on document organisation and records structure. We do not offer opinions on entitlements, financial matters, or personal circumstances.
Kuala Lumpur Based
Sessions take place in person at our Bukit Bintang office. We are familiar with the document types and naming conventions common in Malaysia.
Is Your Document Folder Ready for Later Life?

Frequently Asked Questions
What exactly happens during a session?
Each session is a structured conversation and review. You bring the documents you have, and the facilitator helps you sort, label, and record them into a clear reference format. You will leave with a printed output — either an index, a guide, or a binder, depending on which service you have selected.
Do I need to prepare anything before my first session?
There is no special preparation needed. Bring whatever documents you have at hand — identification cards, certificates, property documents, or anything you feel is relevant. The session itself will help you decide what is worth including and how to label it.
Will you give advice on my pension or financial entitlements?
No. Latterway's scope is limited to document organisation and records structure. We do not provide opinions on pension matters, financial planning, legal entitlements, or personal circumstances. If those areas are a concern, we can suggest you speak with a qualified professional.
How long does the Personal Records Inventory Session take?
The inventory session typically runs for two to three hours, including a short break. It is designed to cover all the main document categories relevant to a person at or near retirement age, without feeling rushed.
Can my adult children attend the Family Records Workshop too?
Yes, that is the purpose of the Family Records Reference Workshop. It is designed to bring adult family members into the same conversation about where documents are stored and how they are labelled. The session works best with two to four participants.
What is included in the Retirement Records Programme price?
The RM 4,300 programme fee covers all facilitated meetings over the programme period, all printed materials including the family reference binder, scanning and naming checklists, and a final review session. There are no additional charges for materials or follow-up within the programme scope.
