Three Ways to Bring Your Records into Order
Each service is structured around a specific scope and outcome. Choose the one that fits your situation, or get in touch to discuss which format makes sense for you.
← Back to HomeHow Every Latterway Session Works
Every Latterway service follows the same core methodology: a structured, facilitator-led review of document categories, followed by the production of a printed reference output. The difference between services is one of depth, duration, and whether family members are involved.
Sessions are conducted in a private meeting room at our Bukit Bintang office. The facilitator works through a consistent checklist of document categories, noting what the participant has, where it is stored, and how a family member would locate it. Nothing is copied or retained. The printed output belongs to the participant.
The Retirement Records Programme extends this methodology across several weeks and several meetings, giving participants time to locate documents between sessions and to build a comprehensive binder that covers all relevant categories.
Consistent Checklist
The same document category framework is used across all services, so no significant document type is overlooked.
Nothing Retained
No documents are copied or stored. All notes from the session are given to the participant as part of the printed output.
Printed Output
Every service ends with a printed reference document. The type varies by service but is always designed for practical use without a device.
30-Day Follow-Up
All participants can contact Latterway within 30 days of their session if questions arise about their printed reference.
Personal Records Inventory Session
A focused one-session inventory of a participant's personal records and identification documents, organised into a printed reference index. The session walks through document types relevant to retirement-age planning at a general level, without providing opinions on specific entitlements. Participants leave with a labelled folder and a simple home-filing structure. Suitable for individuals preparing to retire in the next few years.
- Comprehensive review of personal identification documents
- Printed document reference index
- Labelled folder with home-filing structure
- Suitable for individuals — no family presence required
- 30-day post-session email support included
How the Session Proceeds
You receive a pre-session briefing note explaining what to bring and what will be covered.
The facilitator works through document categories with you, noting what exists and where it is stored.
A printed reference index is compiled during the session and handed to you at the end.
You leave with a labelled folder, the index, and a guide for maintaining your filing structure at home.

- Printed family reference guide for every participant
- Shared naming and labelling standards the family can follow
- Updatable format for future use as documents change
